What your SwiftJobs license lets you do, and the open-source components inside.
SwiftJobs is made by LessCodex and licensed under the SwiftJobs Commercial License. The full text is in LICENSE.md in the theme folder. This page is a summary; the license text is what counts.
License types

Your purchase receipt shows which license you have.
You may
- Use and modify SwiftJobs to build websites within your license, including commercial ones such as a paid job board.
- Hand a finished website to a client, with an Agency license.
- Keep private copies for development, staging and backups.
You may not
- Resell, share or publish the theme or its source code, including in a public repository.
- Turn it into another theme, template, starter kit or UI kit, or sell it on a theme marketplace.
- Build a website builder or hosted service that deploys copies of the theme.
- Remove the LessCodex copyright notices from the source code.
A visible credit on your website is not required.
Open-source components
SwiftJobs uses open-source software and fonts, such as Astro, React, Tailwind CSS, Phosphor Icons, Bricolage Grotesque and Geist. They stay under their own licenses, which all allow commercial use. See THIRD_PARTY_NOTICES.md for the list.
