About the role
Every exercise in a Kova program comes with instructions, a video and safety rules written by a licensed physiotherapist. You will lead that team of six, set the clinical standard for new content, and work with product on how exercises are shown in the app.
What you will do
- Lead and grow a team of physiotherapist content writers.
- Own the review process that keeps the exercise library in line with current guidelines.
- Plan and direct video shoots in our Amsterdam studio.
What you will bring
- A physiotherapy degree and registration in the Netherlands or Germany.
- Five or more years of clinical practice and two of leading people.
- Clear writing in English. Dutch or German is a plus.
Pay and benefits
Three office days a week in Amsterdam. 28 days of leave, 8% holiday allowance, and a yearly budget for courses and congresses.
